This scrummy cake is ridiculously easy to make, and I can assure you - does not last long!!! I made 16 generous slices last week and they were gone in a matter of moments and I had nothing to do with it!
Adults and kids alike adore it...so here goes.....
5 Mars Bars
5 oz organic butter
5 oz rice crispies
Chop the Mars Bars.
Melt the Mars Bars and butter together over a pan of boiling water, until all dissolved.
Mix with the rice crispies.
Shove in a 8 inch cake tin, packed the buggars in! (I find the silicone ones work the best)
Chill for a couple of hours (the cake not you)
Slice and watch disappear!
