Yesterday saw my annual outing to the BP Portrait Awards. Normally it is held at the Portrait Gallery in Edinburgh, but was at the Dean Gallery this year. I am always in awe of how talented the artists are, some of the portraits look so much like photographic images, it kind of blows your mind a bit.
My personal favourite this year was

Loved this artwork outside too.............
